Improvement of Existing Systems – provides assistance to electric utility enterprises in improving their existing systems and procedures. Since its incorporation in 1996, Pöyry IDP has established itself as a pioneering organization specializing in the institutional reform, financial strengthening, operations advisory and management of the water supply and sanitation (WATSAN) sector in the Philippines and regions across Asia. Pöyry IDP has successfully planned, submitted and overhauled WSS subsector studies and subproject initiatives supported by both government and donor agencies, which intend to upgrade existing businesses, water resource quality and waterworks infrastructure.
